Privacy Policy

  • We will not forward your email or contact details to any 3rd party without first asking your permission. Sometimes we ask permission from time to time to arrange references, etc.
  • If you supply us with test data, database backup, or system logs to help find a bug, we’ll only use your data to find the bug and we’ll treat it in confidence. Once it’s no longer required, data will be deleted from our systems.
  • We will not over run your in box with emails selling you “new and exciting” products. We have an opt-in/out low announcement list. You can unsubscribe from it at any time.
  • If we ever send you something you find annoying, just email us and let us know. There is always someone real at our end that reads emails and we do action requests, comments and complaints.
  • We don’t store your credit card details, nor do process credit card ourselves. Instead we only use trusted sources.
  • Our software applications will never secretly prompt you to install some gee-wiz browser toolbar. As software geeks we needed to put that one in the list. :-)

Terms & Conditions

  • The application is solely designed to provide ease of print, copy, scan, 3D Print, Bio-print, cashless experience for its users
  • The application does not encourage the photocopy of the entire copy right material unless permitted by the authorized person or authority. Any action of such would be solely on the user and Preco Smart Solutions thoroughly discourages such action by its users
  • The application stores the recharge amount in the form of Preco Points where 1 Preco Point = INR 1
  • The application allows its users to recharge their account via physical coupon,card payment, digital wallets
  • The amount once recharged cannot be redeemed as cash at any point in time
  • The account once created shall remain active till perpetuity of the service
  • The promotional discounts and offers will be communicated via notifications, SMS, emails as and when they are active
  • No two offers can be clubbed for the same transaction
  • Cash on service option is currently not available. This is to push towards less cash transaction in support of GOI
  • The application can be used to avail services at its own print booths called “Preco Print Booth” or through its partner stores
  • We encourage to not use cash on service option as it will lead to the same problem which we are trying to address
  • The slots booked by the user has to be honored by them. In case a user failed to use the service during the booked slot, the user would be charged a small sum of Preco points after 5 such unused booked slots
  • The Preco points would be deducted when a service is actually availed and not when the service is booked. But it is necessary for the users to have sufficient Preco points in their account before successfully raising a service request
  • The Preco points can be used against all the service that are available in the application
  • For 3D printing services, a custom quote would be sent to the user upon uploading the design to our application. The payment of such service can be either made by cash or Preco Points
  • The copy/scan service is more tentative in terms of Preco points that would be charged. Actual points can be known after a feedback from the machine upon using the services
  • The machine is programmed to be as smooth as possible and work with least human intervention.
  • All machines are monitored by CCTV and any notorious act would lead to a fine and also criminal proceedings against the acquiesced
  • The print jobs will be available on the selected machine during requesting for the service
  • The amount charged and services available for any machine is also displayed at the time of booking. Any refund won’t be initiated if the user fails to abide by the guidelines
  • The slots available for the users to select is displayed in “green” colour and booked slots in “red” colour
  • A notification would be sent to your application 3 minutes prior to the start of the booked slot
  • A print button would be activated on your application when your booked slot is arrived and you can start the print job by simply clicking on the button
  • Preco won’t be liable for any loss of material after the print button has been clicked
  • Copy/scan jobs has to be done manually by the users. The settings of the printer would be pre-configured based on the kind of the service you have requested. A step by step guide will be available in case you need one on the application itself
  • A repository for all the professor notes would also be available for the students to get the print from the application directly
